Orders
Many of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow 1 to 2 weeks (depending on the complexity of the item) for us to make your jewelry with love.

Shipping Information
US/Domestic: All orders are shipped via UPS, all packages are insured.

Fees for Standard Shipping (3-7 days) are:
$15 Shipping on orders up to $500.
$20 Shipping on orders starting at $500, up to $1500.
$25 Shipping on orders starting at $1500.

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. For international shipping or special cases, please contact us at info@poupettenyc.com. We will try to accommodate you. All international orders are subject to customs fees and taxes that are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
7 Day Return/Exchange Policy
We try to accurately depict our products and hope that you will enjoy your jewelry. However, you may return your unworn jewelry for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at order@poupettenyc.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must appear on the outside of the box. The jewelry must be returned unworn in the same NEW condition that it was received.

All SALE or CUSTOMIZED pieces are FINAL SALE.

Repairs
If one of your piece needs repair, please email us at info@poupettenyc.com, we will get back to you with a RA number, do not send anything without a RA number please.

Sales Tax
All New York State purchases will be charged the mandatory 8.875% state sales tax.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and do not share any of the personal information that you provide. Poupettenyc.com is protected with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). We use PayPal to collect payment information, and we recommend that you review their policies, also. Poupettenyc.com maintains the information that we collect from you for your convenience and for our internal use so that we may improve our service to you. We do not share your information with any third parties.
