PoupetteNYC offers a variety of solid gold and 18 carat gold plated (1 micron) jewelry pieces, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings, in different styles and designs.

We use 14 carat solid gold for our fine line pieces. For our costume jewelry, we use brass then the jewelry go through a process of strong plating using 18 carat pure gold (1 micron) therefore our pieces are high-quality and durable types of gold. Any of our designs can be made in silver upon request.

We offer some customization options for our gold jewelry, such as engraving or adding gemstones or diamonds, depending on the specific piece and design. We can create together a brand new piece from scratch. Don't hesitate to contact us for a custom design consultation.

You can use a ring sizer tool, measure the circumference of your finger with a string, or try on rings at a local jewelry store to determine your ring size for PoupetteNYC's gold rings.

To care for your gold jewelry from PoupetteNYC, you should avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, clean it regularly with a soft cloth, and store it in a safe, dry place when not wearing it. Please note that the pH of certain human skin can affect how long the gold plating on jewelry lasts. Skin that is more acidic, with a lower pH, can cause the gold plating to wear off more quickly. This is because the acidic environment can cause the metal to oxidize and corrode, which can lead to the plating wearing away.

It is not recommended to wear your gold and silver jewelry while showering or swimming as exposure to water and chemicals can damage the metal and stones. Nevertheless, many of our customers never take off their jewelry and the gold color appears to be quite long lasting. The designer of PoupetteNYC, herself never removes her jewelry when surfing, showering, working out, etc.

We include a certificate of authenticity with each 14 carat solid gold jewelry purchase, which verifies the type and quality of the gold used.

We offer a 7-day return policy. We try to accurately depict our products and hope that you will enjoy your jewelry. However, you may return your unworn jewelry for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@poupettenyc.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must appear on the outside of the box. The jewelry must be returned unworn in the same NEW condition that it was received. ​ All SALE or CUSTOMIZED pieces are FINAL SALE. ​ PoupetteNYC will not take care of any mishandled pieces, but only if an eventual factory fault has occured. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings. Please note: 1. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process. 2. Return shipping cost is your responsability, we will cover the cost for the shipment back to you. 3. Some delay in custom can happen , unfortunately we have no control over this , therefore we cannot be held responsible.
